To fill this gap and to let you love yourself, today I am coming up with a 7 day self love challenge and I humbly request you to take this challenge. It not only builds inner strength but also gives you a moment to celebrate with yourself. Let’s begin this challenge –

7 Days Self Love Challenge

Through simple challenges and practices, you can see a big improvement in yourself. So, don’t take this challenge as a burden but take it as self-nurturing practice and a small step to love yourself. You do not need to put in a lot of extra effort, just follow the simple & small steps every day for up to seven days as mentioned below.
